Donatoy is a direct-to-consumer online store specializing in the design, production, and sale of 3D coffee mugs featuring vivid full-surface images printed using 3D sublimation heat transfer technology. All products are manufactured, quality-checked, and shipped by Donatoy.
2. Orders and Payments
Orders placed through our website can be paid for using credit/debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover) or PayPal. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount of your order, including shipping fees.
If your payment method is invalid, unverifiable, or declined, your order may be canceled or delayed.
3. Shipping
We strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes shown at checkout. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control. We will notify you of any delays if possible. You can refer to our Shipping Policy page for estimated delivery times to the United States/EU and international destinations.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We are not liable for any lost orders due to incorrect address information.
4. Product Information & Print Variations
All Donatoy 3D coffee mugs are printed using 3D sublimation heat transfer technology. While we strive for quality and consistency, minor variations in color or print placement may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the production process.
5. Order Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by contacting us via email at [email protected].
After 4 hours from order placement, our system automatically processes the order, and we regret that we cannot accommodate any change or cancellation requests.
We will offer refunds or replacements for defective or incorrectly delivered items in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on Donatoy.com are the intellectual property of Donatoy and may not be used or reproduced without our written consent.
